    Tried these for the first time ever and I felt so uplifted yet totally mellow at the same time. I really enjoyed the feeling and will probably add to my after work routine.

    I'll be honest these might be a little over the true 'micro' dose when researching into it. I personally found one of these capsules to equal an edible-cannabis high but with maxed-out energy with that ginseng stack. loved it really. Found cutting them in half to 125mg of psilocibin was fine for the non-felt effects but man i loved waiting until night to take a full one and space out+in. these 10 caps lasted 6 weeks and i never felt like i was burning through them, the spacing out of days between doses was fine/felt, increased mental+physical definitely.
