Got these for someone with chronic pain. They said it helped them fall asleep but needed to take 3+ to feel a difference with the pain. if you're looking for someone older with pain you may want to find something with more CBD.

I'm a big fan of balanced cbd:thc items for dealing with some health issues. This was a great gummy for that. The citrus flavour was the tastiest of them all.
