We want to be transparent with our community. We are currently experiencing temporary issues at our fulfillment center, which will impact order processing this week.

Our team is actively working to resume full operations as quickly as possible. During this time, please expect a 2–3 business day delay on orders placed this week.

We anticipate that operations will be back to normal within 2–3 business days.

We’re happy to share an update with our customers. Our fulfillment team is now actively sorting through orders and preparing them for shipment.

We are expecting full operational resumption tomorrow afternoon. To ensure all orders are processed as quickly as possible, our staff will be working overtime throughout the weekend to prepare all pending orders for shipment on Monday.

Fulfillment operations are resuming today. Our team will be working throughout the day to ensure all pending orders are prepared and ready for shipment.

We’re happy to confirm that we are now fully back in operation. As of today, our fulfillment team has successfully completed approximately 60% of all pending orders.

The remaining orders will be completed and shipped tomorrow (Monday).
